The term “tangleing” comes from the word “Zentangle”. It’s an abstract art form that uses a collection of patterns, lines and squiggles. The word, Zentangle, is copywritten so the term Tangleing is a general term for this style of drawings. It’s been used to help people who struggle with depression, autism, PTSD and ADHD. For me it’s a fun, creative art form that, once you learn how to start, the possibilities are endless! You really don’t have to be artistic to enjoy Tangleing. I’ve taught this art form to extremely analytical people, who never thought they could enjoy being creative.
